Hi!

I'm Danica Doble, a type 1 diabetic fitness specialist who lost over 50lbs naturally and gained 20lbs of muscle. I'm here to help and inspire other diabetics with achieving their weight loss, muscle growth, and health goals!

My Story

My story begins in 2009, when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 7 years old. I spent most of my teen years neglecting my health and weight which motivated me to start my fitness journey in 2018. Within 2 years, I had lost over 50lbs of fat, however, after losing 50lbs, it was time to focus on my diabetes health. Over the next couple of years, I gained about 20lbs of muscle while keeping my focus on maintaining a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, to better support my blood sugars. I now help other individuals reach their fitness goals through strategic planning, support and advice!
